Getting In
What should I bring?
Bring your own clubs. Balls and tees are provided.
Can I bring food or drinks?
We do not provide food or beverage on regular visits, so bring your own. Please see our Terms for the food and alcohol policy.
How do I get into the facility?
Entry is handled through Allthenticator. Download the Allthenticator app from the App Store or Google Play.
Can I bring guests?
Yes. Guests follow the same rules as members, and there is no guest fee. Be sure to reserve enough time on your bay — playing with friends tends to take longer than a solo session, so book a longer window so no one feels rushed.
Can I get in 24/7?
Yes. Every paying member, including 7-Day Pass buyers, can get in any time, day or night. After you book your bay, you will get access through the Allthenticator app.
Booking & Your Bay
Can I extend my session if no one is booked after me?
Yes. If the bay is open after your reservation, you can extend your time directly from the bay or in the booking app.
How far ahead can I book?
You can book a bay up to 14 days ahead on our Book Now page.
Memberships
How much time do I get each month with my membership?
The Tour Membership includes one hour of bay time every day, so you can play every single day for $99/month plus tax. The Players Membership is $29 a month plus $25 per hour of bay time, plus tax, with the same guest rules. There is no down payment or commitment. See our Pricing page for full details.
Do you offer a 7-Day Pass?
Yes. New customers can try Back Tee with a 7-Day Pass for $1. The pass is for new customers only and includes up to 3 bay sessions. After 7 days, it converts to a Tour Membership at $99 a month plus tax unless you cancel. See our Pricing page for details.
Is sales tax added to memberships?
Yes. Sales tax applies to all memberships and is added to the prices shown on our Pricing page.
Is there a contract or down payment?
No. There is no down payment or commitment. You can start and stop anytime.
Is there a fee for guests?
No. Guests follow the same rules as members, and there is no guest fee.
Do you offer leagues, tournaments or lessons?
Yes. We offer leagues, tournaments, lessons and PGA instruction. Text 469-281-0833 (text only) or email support@backteeindoors.com to ask what is available.
Equipment & Simulators
Do you have rental clubs?
Not at this time. Members should bring their own set to practice and play with.
Do you provide golf balls?
Yes — balls and tees are provided on site, so there’s no need to bring your own.
How do I use the simulator once I’m there?
Every bay has an on-site AI Caddie you can ask questions to. It can walk you through starting a session, choosing a course or practice mode, and troubleshooting just about any issue that comes up.
