Getting In
How do I get into the facility?
Entry is handled through Allthenticate. Download the Allthenticate app from the App Store or Google Play, sign in with the account tied to your membership, and use the app to unlock the door when you arrive. You can also find the download link on the Allthenticate website.
Can I bring guests?
Absolutely. Just be sure to reserve enough time on your bay — playing with friends tends to take longer than a solo session, so book a longer window so no one feels rushed.
Booking & Your Bay
Can I extend my session if no one is booked after me?
Yes. If the bay is open after your reservation, you can extend your time directly from the bay or in the booking app.
Memberships
How much time do I get each month with my membership?
The Tour Membership includes one credit per day — each credit is good for one hour on a bay — so you can play every single day for $99/month. The Players Membership has a lower monthly cost, and you pay $25 per session when you play. See our Memberships page for full details.
Equipment & Simulators
Do you have rental clubs?
Not at this time. Members should bring their own set to practice and play with.
Do you provide golf balls?
Yes — balls are provided on site, so there’s no need to bring your own.
How do I use the simulator once I’m there?
Every bay has an on-site AI Caddie you can ask questions to. It can walk you through starting a session, choosing a course or practice mode, and troubleshooting just about any issue that comes up.
